This WorkReady SC component offers state workforce, education, and economic development agencies a strategic planning tool. Its data analysis reveals local, regional, and state economic trends, workforce availability, and skill levels. It identifies current and anticipated gaps on the skills employers demand and promotes better understanding of short- and long-term workforce needs.
