Delinquency Section

We manage delinquent report records, debits, tax executions, and bankruptcies. Our Telephone Collection Section collects delinquent funds from employers. We also provide liable account information to relevant sections.

Wage Records Section

Reconciliation Section

We issue benefit payments (UI, TRA, ATTA, RTA Summer Youth, Work Support, and DUA). We investigate lost and stolen checks and issue replacements, when warranted.

 

Field deputies help employers and claimants with UI tax and claims compliance and benefit payment control. (Automated crossmatch technology compares employer-reported wages with benefits claims.) Our Central Office Benefit Payment Control crossmatches claimants, analyzes investigative reports, and assigns fraud cases to field deputies.
